In the midst of the current situation with so many disruptions caused by COVID-19 on so many levels, I am writing to assure you that we are continuing to operate at full capacity with standard lead times. So far we have been able to source all the raw materials and parts needed to fulfill your valued orders and we are operating our factories, both here in Colville and in Paxton, at full strength and staffing levels. If this were to change suddenly for reasons outside our control, we will be careful to notify you and are committed to working together to find creative ways to take care of you and your customers.
To be sure, we have been affected by the news of the virus. We are being careful to monitor the health and wellbeing of our employees and to that end have put a number of processes in place, some as required and some as recommended by local and state health authorities, to practice enhanced sanitation and hygiene in our facilities.
I am convinced that the work we do to cool, process, freeze, and store food safely is profoundly important to society, and that it is important for us to continue to do what we do together. The world needs us!
