Colmac Facilities

Our 225,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant, corporate headquarters, warehouses, and R&D test facilities are located in Colville, Washington. The Pacific Northwest location provides close proximity to west coast ports for shipping to Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Our Midwest factory location in Illinois has proven to be ideal for serving customers in the eastern U.S. and Canada.

Colmac Products

Colmac manufactures new and replacement plate fin heating and cooling coils, dry coolers, air-cooled condensers, heat pipe air-to-air heat exchangers, air and water source heat pump water heaters for the commercial, industrial, and HVAC markets. We also manufacture Aircoil™ and custom evaporators, unit coolers, blast freezers, tube bundles, and hydrocoolers for the Freon, ammonia, and glycol/brine commercial and industrial refrigeration markets. Colmac History

Colmac Coil Manufacturing was founded in 1971 as a spin-off of Colmac Industries, Inc., one of the world's leading garment finishing manufacturers. Colmac Industries was experiencing difficulty securing durable, quality coils with timely delivery, therefore the owners made the decision to found a separate company to manufacture the coils. Colmac Coil is a privately held, third generation family-owned company that has grown to be one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the new and replacement coil markets. We continue to expand our business and reputation for innovation in heat transfer design and fabrication throughout the world. In 2009 we formed a strategic alliance with Baltimore Aircoil to provide Aircoil™ evaporators to the industrial refrigeration market. This synergistic relationship leverages strengths of both companies by doubling the number of manufacturing facilities available and provides additional product depth. By combining Colmac’s technical expertise with BAC’s manufacturing prowess we are able to provide more solutions and better service to the industrial refrigeration market.
