Colville, WA. – Colmac Coil Manufacturing is pleased to announce that effective May 27, 1999 The American Society of Mechanical Engineers has issued certificates of authorization accrediting Colmac Coil to use the indicated ASME symbols for the scopes of activity shown below.

The ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code provides rules for the construction of boilers, pressure vessels, and nuclear components. This includes requirements for materials, design, fabrication, examination, inspection, and stamping. Items constructed in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code are identified with the official Code Symbol Stamp.

In addition to the ‘U’ and ‘UM’ certificates issued by ASME, Colmac Coil received a certificate of authorization to apply the ‘R’ Symbol to boilers and pressure vessels assuring that all repair and/or alteration work conforms to the National Board Inspection Code and is performed in accordance with the provisions of the National Board.

MANUFACTURE OF PRESSURE VESSELS and

MANUAFACTURE OF MINIATURE PRESSURE VESSELS

REPAIRS AND/OR ALTERATIONS at the Colmac Coil factory, 370 N. Lincoln St., Colville, WA. and field sites controlled by that location.
