Colmac Coil is pleased to announce the opening of a second manufacturing facility in the Midwest U.S. The factory is located in Paxton, Illinois and has been operational since June 2009. Colmac Coil Midwest currently produces industrial refrigeration products for Midwest and Eastern USA and Canadian markets, offering faster delivery times and lower freight costs than previously available. Colmac is also developing capabilities at the new location to supply HVAC&R heating and cooling coils as well as dry coolers and air cooled condensers. "The addition of Colmac Coil Midwest to our traditional headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Washington state is an exciting and long anticipated development in the company's growth strategy", stated Bruce Nelson, President of Colmac Coil Manufacturing. It is projected that HVAC&R coils and coolers for the replacement and new build markets will be available from Colmac Coil Midwest in January 2010.
